Goodbye Corrie, Hello Playoffs!
The weather is starting to warm up, and I noticed the first signs of spring flowers in the garden, but what I'm really excited about is hockey season! Oh sure, there's a downside - Coronation Street will no longer be on tv in the evenings, but thanks to my PVR, I won't miss a minute.
Instead, I'll get to spend my evenings watching hockey! I've got a good feeling about the Ottawa Sens this year. I know I say that every year, but this year I really mean it.
I'm also rooting for the Detroit Red Wings (my long-time favourite team, which has just recently been nudged out by the Sens) and the Vancouver Canucks.
The Sens won last night, as did the Canucks (in OT). The playoffs are off to a good start!

Carrie: It's on Sunday mornings, and will return to weekday evenings after the Playoffs. No need to panic. ;)
